For Customers
2.1 Customers must provide accurate information about their technical issues. 2.2 Customers are responsible for selecting a technician based on their profile, reviews, and ratings. 2.3 Payment terms and conditions will be agreed upon between the customer and the technician.
For Technicians
2.4 Technicians must provide accurate and honest information about their skills, services, and availability. 2.5 Technicians are responsible for delivering services in a professional, ethical, and timely manner. 2.6 Technicians must resolve any disputes arising from their services directly with the customer.
3. Trust and Transparency
3.1 BLUEARM PLUS strives to ensure all users have a transparent and secure experience. 3.2 BLUEARM PLUS is not responsible for verifying the accuracy of information provided by users. 3.3 All users are encouraged to leave honest feedback and reviews to maintain platform integrity.
4. Payments
4.1 BLUEARM PLUS does not directly process payments between customers and technicians. 4.2 Customers and technicians are solely responsible for arranging payment terms and fulfilling obligations.
5. Dispute Resolution
5.1 BLUEARM PLUS encourages users to resolve disputes amicably and directly. 5.2 BLUEARM PLUS may, at its discretion, mediate disputes but is not obligated to do so. 5.3 BLUEARM PLUS is not liable for any unresolved disputes between customers and technicians.
6. Platform Use
6.1 Users must not use BLUEARM PLUS for illegal, fraudulent, or unethical purposes. 6.2 Any misuse of the platform may result in account suspension or termination.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 BLUEARM PLUS is a facilitator and is not responsible for the quality, timeliness, or outcome of services provided by technicians. 7.2 BLUEARM PLUS is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
8. Privacy

9. Governing Law
